KC-300 Centerless Grinder

Koyo Machinery USA, offers its KC-300 4-axis CNC combination-type in-feed/thru-feed centerless grinding for production applications. The highly rigid grinder achieves the tightest practical geometry and surface finish specifications on parts in the 1.6-120mm diameter range.

The KC-300 is equipped with independently operating upper and lower regulating wheel slides. The upper and lower regulating wheel slides maintain the center height of the workpiece between the wheels during grinding, assuring consistent, optimum roundness and surface finish.
