Multi Spindle Drilling Machines

Greater work capacity and ability to handle wider variety of parts mean better profit with new G Series Models

NATCO now offers newly engineered and designed versions of its universally acclaimed table feed multi-spindle drilling and tapping machines. The new G Series Models have larger table and head capacities, can drill bigger holes, and can handle a wider variety of parts than any table feed machine ever offered by NATCO. Extension of our table feed line gives industry an even wider choice of performance, work scope, and job versatility for a better profit picture. Many options are available so that the machine can be customized to your exact requirements.

New and desirable features have been incorporated in the new models, while retaining the basic concepts that contribute to the machine's broad popularity. The larger more rigid base, for example, permits integral mounting of the hydraulic power source, simplifies shipping and installation.
For job versatility, the three-speed head, twospeed neck and pick-off change gears collectively provide a 200-3000 RPM spindle speed range. Built-in spindle "float" enables the operator to tap small holes; tapping of holes with different pitch threads may also be accomplished under proper conditions through the use of individual spindle speeds.

All in all, we at NATCO believe that for high speed drilling and tapping of small or medium size work, these new table feed machines will deliver the ultimate in high production, versatility and profitability.
