2-D CAD/CAM System

Unitron Software Systemsr allows the user to convert any CAD drawing to a CAM production sequence for sheetmetal fabrication. It can create single-part program or a complex assembly with simple-to-use options as single hits, window punch out, shapes and automatic/manual tool fitting. Unitron Software Systemsr can generate NC code for any turret punch press. Automatic tool fit selects the appropriate tooling for holes, patterns, and edges and controls generation of grid/line/arc patterns instead of single hits. Tool sequence can be automatically/manually sorted for minimum tool changes and optimized toolpath. Unitron Software Systemsr supports standard shapes and standard notches. Tool tips make selecting the right option easy as all options are available in the drop down menus.
