3D Systems Updates ThermoJet Printer Software

3D Systems Corp. today announced it has broadened the compatibility of its ThermoJet® printer client software to run on Windows® 98, 2000 and Millennium Edition operating systems.

3D Systems will bundle the new software with each ThermoJet printer purchase and will site-license it for unlimited installations on customer workstations.

"Our upgrade of the ThermoJet printer software is part of our ongoing program to ensure that customers can continue to benefit from this technology using the most current Windows operating systems," said Clark Crawford, senior director of business development for office systems.

"Since the ThermoJet printer can be networked to multiple computer-aided design (CAD) workstations, the additional Windows operating systems increase the printer's flexibility. With the upgraded software, our smaller customers - perhaps with only one CAD workstation - now can use the printer with their existing Windows operating systems," Crawford said.
