Cincinnati Machine and DS Technologie Form Aerospace Alliance

A new strategic alliance between Cincinnati Machine, A UNOVA Company, Industrial Automation Systems Inc., and DS Technologie GmbH, will provide aerospace manufacturers with a comprehensive package of products and services and aftermarket support in North America and South America.

Under terms of the agreement, Cincinnati Machine will market DST's high-speed 5-axis horizontal machining systems with its own broad range of advanced manufacturing products to form a complete range of solutions for OEMs and their suppliers. The product lines will all be backed by Cincinnati Plus, Cincinnati Machine's comprehensive package of support services covering the full life cycle of these machines.

The combination of Cincinnati Machine, the world's leading supplier of manufacturing systems for production of aerospace structural parts, as well as composites structures, and DST is a natural. DST offers many respected brand names including Berthiez, Dorries, Droop & Rein and Scharmann.
