The Coborn RG6 CNC Automatic Grinder provides affordable, 4-axis polycrystalline diamond grinding. Coborn grinders are ideal for small lots, regrinds, and production runs of PCD, CBN, and tungsten carbide tools. Features include automatic wheel dressing, touch screen control, and computer-controlled traverse, infeed, pivot, and conical clearance. CCTV geometry monitoring and compensation is available. The Coborn DB1 digital balancer machine offers simple, safe balancing of grinding wheels and cutters. One-button operation, with user-selectable units and a digital display, simplifies the operator's task. Standard features include integral self-tuning and auto-range functions, with resolution to 0.001 gram.
