Complex features on sheet metal parts aren't a problem

UltraForm tooling has a length adjustment feature, which can be preset for savings in tool setup time. Once installed in the machine, the tool can be reset without removing the tool from the machine, as is the case with most other types of form tooling.

Adjustments of 0.002-in. (0.05 mm) per "click" of the punch head can be made quickly and easily while angle settings of 0, 90, 180 and 270 degrees are possible.
