Cutomized Training Classes For GE FANUC Control System
Separate classes are tailored for each company with a maximum of four individuals per class, ensuring the highest quality of learning designed around your personnel's particular needs. Each class includes interactive classroom demonstrations where students will be provided with hands-on exercises that enable them to apply newly acquired principles and skills. If CNC Engineering or one of its Retrofit Integration Partners (RIPs) are installing a retrofit in your facility the actual control equipment that will be installed may be used as the hands-on equipment for the training course. This further increases personnel familiarization. Classes may be taught in CNC Engineering's training area or, when requested, at the customer's facility.
Classes currently being offered include a full range of control topics, which includes an assortment of maintenance and programming selections. Control, I/O and Servo Maintenance courses provide a functional understanding of maintenance, and troubleshooting of GE Fanuc equipment. Students will be instructed in complete diagnostic address and error code fault tracing. Part Programming courses that focus on part programming generation and implementation using G-Codes. Custom Macro Programming courses that focus on part program and/or probe cycle generation and implementation, which are often useful for measuring parts, creating bolt hole patterns and families of part programs. Operator classes are also available, which will be tailored for specific machine tools and are most often taught on-site using the machine. Qualified instructors, with a combined 50+ years of experience, teach all training classes. Please contact CNC Engineering at 860-749-1780 to schedule your system training today.
