This machine provides accuracy over a variety of applications and materials, and has a software library that allows for unattended machining. It automatically prepares machining sequences, and monitors and optimizes machining parameters through the use of the Pilot-Expert. The Power Control Expert adapts the current according to electrode geometry, and the micro machining masters electrode wear on small parts. Compatible with all choice of tooling, this EDM's electrode and pallet magazines can be adjusted according to the demands of specific types of production. The Easy Production System (EPS) identifies each workpiece and electrode, controlling the work flow from beginning to end for total automated machining.
