Dust and Fume Collector

The AmbientAer 2000 is a two stage, media-type ambient dust and fume collector designed as a free-hanging system or for applications that limit the use of source-capture arms or ductwork. It is designed for industrial environments that include sanding and grinding applications, welding, fabricating, and machine shops, ceramic manufacturers, woodshops, printing facilities and auto body shops.

The unit features two stages of filters, a disposable multi-vee filter and a high efficiency, multi-pocket vee-bag. To remove large particles like wood and grinding dusts and extend the life of the disposable filters, an optional high capacity filter is available. Four-way adjustable vanes allow clean air to pass through the back of the unit for more efficient distribution.

Filter changes require sliding out dirty filters from the front grill using the side-access hinged door. The system can be hung from the ceiling or mounted to a wall.
