What began as a logistical and mechanical puzzle of individual components has been systematically transformed back into two powerful, high-performance machining centers. Step by step, the machines regained their structure and functionality:

The UNICOM6000 is a multi-task machining centre that combines high productivity with outstanding precision. It efficiently performs milling, drilling, and vertical turning operations in a single setup, ensuring consistent quality and reduced lead times.

Its robust ram design enables deep internal machining using short turning tools, providing enhanced stability and accuracy. The machine can be equipped with multiple machining heads, automatically exchanged from dedicated pick-up stations. For horizontal operations, an indexable right-angle head is available, while a universal head with B- and C-axis offers additional flexibility for complex geometries.

An automatic pallet changer minimizes loading times and maximizes machine uptime, supporting continuous, high-output production. Despite its strong focus on productivity, the UNICOM6000 maintains uncompromising accuracy.
