The most distinguishable characteristic of the FXK Series is what distinguishes Mitsubishi's entire wire line from our competition.
Our exclusive Anti-Electrolysis function is included on every machine in the FXK series. The FXK Series of Wire EDM machines are available in three sizes and two variations, submerged and non-submerged.All of the machines in the FXK series include the following high-grade characteristics:

• Rigid travelling column that stabilizes precision and allows for workpiece flexibility
  
• Fully automatic Power Master 2 (PM2) dramatically increases machining speeds by detecting changes in a workpiece and automatically adjusting the power
  
• Corner Master 2 automatically corrects wire positions for corner accuracy
  
• ST3 improves straightness, especially in thick workpieces
  
• High-speed AE machining
  
• Resolution accuracy = 4 millionths with the Smart AC servomotors.
  
• AF3 automatic wire threading device with water-jet guidance, self-diagnostic function and fine-hole search
  
• Mitsubishiís exclusive Wire Chopper cuts and stores used wire for manageability.
