Genesis CNC Turning Centers from Ikegai

The Genesis CNC universal turning centers and CNC millturn centers from Ikegai feature chuck sizes ranging from 8" to 15" with fixed or live tools providing heavy metal removal rates and exceptional accuracy. All Genesis Series machines feature hardened box ways, 12 capacity drum style turrets, fully programmable tailstock, manual tool presetter and powered chip conveyors.

The Genesis 18128 features a 3500 rpm, 25-hp main motor capable of producing 300 ft.-lbs. of torque and has an 18-in. turning capacity with a 12" Kitagawa chuck package capable of 3 1/8" bar feed capacity.

Genesis 121ORSY is the newest of the Genesis series and offers Y-axis and sub-spindle turning. It has a 10" chuck with a 3 1/8" bar feed capacity.
