Gleiss Lutz Advises DN Solutions On The Acquisition Of HELLER
Gleiss Lutz has advised Korean machine tool manufacturer DN Solutions on its acquisition of HELLER.
DN Solutions has signed an agreement to acquire the German HELLER Group. DN Solutions plans to acquire 100% of the shares and aims to secure world-class machine tool technology from HELLER Group. The transaction is scheduled to close in January 2026.
HELLER, with approximately 2,100 employees, develops and produces state-of-the-art CNC machine tools and manufacturing systems for metal-cutting applications across a wide range of industries. Headquartered in Nürtingen, Germany, and with five production facilities in Europe, Asia, and America, HELLER has a strong global presence with its own sales and service subsidiaries and qualified partners in all key markets worldwide.
Founded in 1976, Korea-based DN Solutions has since established itself as a leading global machine tool company, offering around 400 product types, including advanced turning and milling technologies. By revenue, DN Solutions ranks as the world’s third-largest machine tool brand. With a network of more than 140 dealers in 66 countries, the company meets the diverse needs of customers across industries such as automotive, aerospace, medical technology, energy technology, semiconductors & electronics, and construction technology.
