Grand Opening Set for Haas Factory Outlet in Chicagoland

Arthur Machinery Inc (Elk Grove, IL) will celebrate the grand opening of its Haas Factory Outlet (HFO) division on Feb. 23rd and 24th at its brand new facility. HFOs are totally dedicated to servicing Haas Automation CNC equipment. Demos can be run on demand in the showroom, and personnel are trained in all aspects of Haas repair and service requirements.

The HFO features a complete inventory of parts that are delivered by technicians who come in vans stocked with an on-board parts inventory to complete a 90%-plus one call service. The HFOs are intended to deliver the 98% Up-Time Guarantee that Haas makes for its CNC machines, as well as 1-hour service call response by radio-dispatched services vans.

A Haas Factory Outlet van is stocked with on-board parts to deliver 90%- plus "first-visit repair" to CNC equipment.
