The Hansvedt MV-25's orbiting/vectoring feature reduces electrode requirements and finishing time, as well as providing easier part control. Additionally, separate roughing and finishing electrode sizes are not required. Orbiting produces a better surface finish on both the cavity bottom and sidewalls, reducing polishing time.

Orbiting also allows easier part size control with better accuracy--adjust the cavity size independent of the electrode size!

The MV-25 features exceptional metal removal rates: 1.4 cu.in/hr. Surface finish: 10 micro-inch AA. Fast worktank fill and drain rates are featured, as well as exceptional operation with both graphite and metallic electrodes. And a continuous filtration system provides a high flow of clean fluid to the work area.
