Hardinge Acquires Weisser

Hardinge Inc. acquires J.G WEISSER SÖHNE GmbH & Co. KG, a leading manufacturer of multifunctional precision lathes and turning centers, and with this acquisition expands its turning, milling and grinding machines with an attractive portfolio of products and technologies.

The WEISSER Group is one of the world’s leading German manufacturers and suppliers of turnkey solutions for high-precision, multifunctional lathes and turning centers as well as automation solutions.
