AercologyM1200 "Mini Mist" collector is designed for intermittent or continuous duty on machines requiring airflows or applications that produce smoke as well as mist and particles. With 1200 CFM airflow, the MM1200 mounts on a machine, overhead or on a floor stand to provide longer filter life, better capture performance, and superior filter efficiency.
Mini-Mist pulls dirty air through the inlet on the bottom of the unit and through three filter stages to trap contaminants. A 4 in. cleanable first filter acts as the prefilter for light mist, a 1-in. deep aluminum mesh filter traps swarf, and the last filter, a special high-loft 95% high-loft, ultra-fine glass filter pack captures the remaining mist. Clean air exhausts out the bower back t the work environment.
