The Haas HS-2RP: designed for the job shop with the flexibility you need, featuring built-in, full 4th-axis rotary capabilities and a twin pallet system. The HS-2RP has 38" x 35" x 31" travels and a closed torque-tube saddle design for superior vibration damping and reduced deflection. Hardened-steel bearing trucks provide maximum stiffness, and double-nut ballscrews anchored to the castings with rigid housings further increase cutting ability. The HS-2RP cuts alloy and stainless steels, cast iron and high nickel alloys -- yet also provides the speed necessary for aluminum alloys.
