The "Productivity Champions", HVM630 and HVM800 are typically two to three times more productive than conventional machining centers
The new "Productivity Champions", HVM630 and HVM800, are providing customers with the lowest cost per piece and setting the standard for quality in production shops in the automotive, construction, aerospace and other heavy industries. These machines are typically two to three times more productive than conventional machining centers.

Typical applications include automotive cylinder blocks, heads, transmission cases, gear cases, and differential housings in cast iron using 60 HP, 10,000 RPM fluid-bearing spindles. Aluminum parts such as transfer cases, transmission housings, cylinder heads and typical aerospace parts are machined on HVMs using 20,000 RPM, 50 HP spindles.

Customers are enjoying the results of the rigidity of the "box-in-box" machine design and the power, speed and dynamic stiffness of the fluid-bearing spindle. It all comes together when Ingersoll uses their 100 years of application expertise to provide customers with a robust and optimized process.

Ingersoll is ready to help you with your next productivity program by providing a complete solution—the High Velocity Machine, machining process and time estimate, NC programs, cutting tools, fixtures, installation, run-off, and training.
