Computer controlled method of chip removal available on the Box Ways models 2216, 3016, 4020, 6030 and 8030. The Hydro Sweep System uses coolant jets to transfer chips from inside the machine, eliminating the need for augers and belts. A conveyor lifts the chips into a drainage tray, then pushes them into a barrel.
