Our Kastech Electrolytic ® process for removing sand, scale, and surface graphite from iron castings provides 100% removal of burned-in core sand and surface graphite for superior brazing and babbitting performance. Kastech Electrolytic is ideally suited for critical fluid power components such as hydraulic valve bodies and cylinders, where residual sand can lead to catastrophic component failures.

Kastech Basic, Ceram-X, and Ultra processes are used throughout the investment casting industry to remove residual external shell materials as well as preformed internal coring and quartz rods and tubes.
