SMW Systems Incorporatedwitcher is a manual pallet system that features offline pallets that are easily accessible at a convenient working height. Pallet changes take approximately one minute with the unit's unique shuttle system.
Pallets are located on a power clamp base mounted on the machine table. It features a pneumatic clamp and precision locating pins that ensures 0.0002 in. repeatability every time it is secured to the table by the clamp base. A transfer cart and optional storage rack permit quick introduction of stored jobs.
