Enerpac Divisionchanical clamping line includes more than 240 products and 40 product varieties that can be used as basic clamping devices or combined with other hydraulic and mechanical components to perform special workholding tasks. Mechanical clamps fall into four major categories: support elements; clamping equipment, locating components, and operating components. Support tools include heads, feet, an adjustable heel pin, stops, screw jacks and jack heads, anti-vibration and swivel-ball supports. Clamping and holding equipment includes a broad variety of clamps, single and double cam levers and hinge pins, as well as nuts, bolts, and washers. Indexing and locating tools include spring and lateral plungers, cylindrical and relieved pins. Operating components include thumbnuts, hand knobs, and handles. The components broaden the range of options for developing basic mechanical systems or augmenting intricate automated hydraulic systems for machining in the automotive, aerospace, and other metalworking industries.
