Milacron Elects Robert P. Lienesch VP-Finance and CFO; Ron Brown to Board

The board of directors of Milacron Inc (Cincinnati, OH) has elected Robert P. Lienesch vice president of finance and chief financial officer (CFO) of the corporation. Having most recently served as vice president and treasurer, he retains that position as well and succeeds Ronald D. Brown, who was elected president and chief operating officer in September.

Lienesch joined Milacron in 1979 as director of corporate accounting. In 1981, he served as controller of the robotic and electronic products groups. In 1989, he was elected corporate controller and an officer of the company. He was elected vice president and treasurer in 1998. Prior to joining Milacron, he worked as an audit manager for Ernst & Young.

At the same Nov. 5th board of directors meeting, Ronald D. Brown was elected a director of the company.
