Miller Showcases High Performance And Intelligent Welding Solutions At CONEXPO 2026
Equipment engineered to improve uptime, accuracy and productivity across the jobsite.
Miller Electric Mfg. LLC, a leading worldwide manufacturer of arc welding solutions, returns to CONEXPO 2026 March 3–7 in Las Vegas to spotlight solutions that help contractors reduce downtime, improve weld quality and streamline mobile repair and fabrication across the jobsite. Miller will showcase a full lineup of welding, heating and automation equipment built for the toughest construction and fabrication environments. Attendees can experience these solutions firsthand at booth #P7259 in the Platinum Lot.
“Construction crews need equipment that keeps pace with demanding schedules, tough environments and work that constantly shifts,” said Dave Lambert, group president. “Each solution is designed to support real-world challenges and help teams get more done with confidence.”
To meet the power and mobility demands of busy worksites, CONEXPO visitors can explore a range of engine-driven options designed for structural steel, pipeline and equipment repair applications:
- Big Blue 800 Duo Air Pak : Powerful Air Pak offering dual-operator productivity and multiprocess flexibility for large-scale construction and industrial jobs.
- Big Blue 400 PipePro : Superior downhill stick arc characteristics, as well as MIG/flux-cored capabilities, designed to meet requirements for the most demanding pipeline jobs.
- Trailblazer 330 Diesel: Unbeatable arc performance, providing the smoothest, most stable arc in the industry.
- Bobcat 265 Air Pak : All-in-one tool designed for repair and construction with multiprocess weld quality, auxiliary power, air compressor and battery charge/crank assist.
- Bobcat 230: Easy-to-operate stick and flux-cored power source designed for maintenance/repair operations, construction, farm, ranch and auxiliary power use.
Beyond the machines themselves, Miller will highlight ArcReach technology, which allows welding operators to adjust parameters at the wire feeder or remote without a control cord. This technology significantly reduces the risk of slips, trips and falls by eliminating the need to walk back to the power source while simultaneously increasing productivity by keeping operators at the joint. Attendees will see how ArcReach works seamlessly across the Big Blue, Trailblazer and XMT platforms to streamline workflow in demanding environments.
In addition to engine-driven solutions, Miller will showcase the Venture 150 S and the new Venture 150 T, battery powered welding solutions designed for quick repairs and hard‑to‑reach areas of the jobsite. The Venture 150 S is stick-forward for versatile repairs and maintenance applications, while the Venture 150 T is a TIG-forward solution engineered for precision work. With batteries designed specifically for welding, crews can cut setup time and stay productive in places where power is challenging.
For heavy fabrication, the SubArc Hercules system helps crews complete long joint and structural welds faster using a secondary power source to condition the wire during welding, delivering a high-deposition submerged arc solution and cutting weld time by up to 30% on average. Pairing Hobart SubCOR wire with the SubArc Hercules torch and the XMT 450 power source provides the speed, deposition rates and repeatability needed for large-scale builds.
The full portfolio of Miller work truck solutions will also be on display, which include:
- HDI 325 Air Pak : Powerful hydraulically driven all-in-one unit designed for the work truck industry with air compressor, battery charge/crank assist, auxiliary power and multiprocess welding.
- EnPak A60: Integrated all-in-one unit designed with industry-leading technologies to help you get more work done, reduce engine hours on your truck and maximize the return on your investment. Delivers compressed air, hydraulic power, battery charge/crank assist, auxiliary power and welding output.
- EnPak A30: All-in-one unit that allows operators to shut their truck engines off, eliminating unnecessary idling while still allowing them to power their jobsite tools. Delivers compressed air, battery charge/crank assist, auxiliary power and welding output.
- CabEn : Integrated heating and cooling systems to control truck cabin temperatures without idling the truck engine.
Attendees can also see how flexible automation fits into construction workflows through live demonstrations of the Copilot Builder system. Designed to address workforce and profitability challenges with user needs in mind, this collaborative robotic welding system’s flexible arm delivers a versatile solution that’s portable, reconfigurable and ready to tackle welding needs in a variety of environments.
To maximize the efficiency of these welding systems, Miller will showcase industry-leading filler metals and accessories from Hobart and Bernard, highlighting:
- Hobart FabCOR Elevate : This metal-cored wire is engineered to increase deposition rates by up to 30% while maintaining a stable arc and reducing post-weld cleanup, making it ideal for the high-throughput demands of heavy equipment and structural fabrication.
- Bernard IronPro Self-Shielded Guns: Built for the most extreme environments, these guns feature a rugged, ergonomic design and a sealed trigger to prevent spatter buildup, providing the durability needed for the heavy-duty flux-cored applications seen on today's jobsites.
