Cimatron Technologies Inc.implements manufacturing process templates that allow users to create specific operations like smart-roughing and KSR-based semi-finishing, and high quality finishing operations to standardize the best practice machining methods for the shop. Cimatron Technologies Inc.and its Windows interface support the entire 3-axis machining processing, from Manufacturing Feature Recognition (MFR) and toolpath creation through solids-based G-code verification. The user interface requires only four hours of training to be able to machine complex molds, tools, and dies that are common in automotive and consumer products industries. Cimatron Technologies Inc.offers customizable machining strategies, tool libraries and process automation features that comply with customer work procedures. It also provides seamless implementation of previously used machining process in new geometry.
