Open Vision HMI is a revolutionary Windows NT software package that integrates PC based technology with GE Fanuc hardware, setting a new standard for operator friendliness. An intuitive menu system combines with touch screen technology to increase machine operator efficiency while reducing errors. Blending GE Fanuc's reliability with an Open Architect platform allows end-users the flexibility that they have come to enjoy with standard desktop computers and the dependability they expect from GE Fanuc controls.

OPEN VISION HMI GRINDING SOFTWARE

Finally, a grinding package that is not just another modified milling or turning application but a package designed specifically for grinding. CNC Engineering's Open Vision HMI Grinding software is a shop floor grinding package developed for Internal (ID), External (OD), and specialty grinding machines. The hardware platform is based on GE Fanuc controls utilizing the High Speed Serial Bus (HSSB) option connected to an industrial PC via a fiber optic cable.

The software has been developed with numerous enhancements over proprietary controls supplied by many of the major grinder OEMs. Now you can experience ease of use, screen customization to suit various grinding applications, and Touch Screen Technology. The control is designed to interface with various gauging packages and is set up to utilize the latest in wheel technology including CBN.

The industrial PC front end allows the use of third party software packages that run under the Windows NT environment. Some of the common applications include SPC, Scada, Gauging, and spreadsheet applications.
