Pathtrace appoints Steve Sivitter CEO to run operations in the Americas

Pathtrace Systems Inc. (Ontario, CA) has appointed Steve Sivitter as chief executive officer of its North and South American operations. With the appointment, Pathtrace is entering the next phase of its plan to become one of the top five suppliers of CAM solutions in the Americas.

Sivitter previously held the post of VP, North American Operations, for Delcam International, itself a major mold and die industry CAM vendor. From an engineering apprenticeship, Sivitter progressed through regional sales positions becoming North American sales manager in 1991. Five years later, he was appointed vice president and established operations to cover the U.S. and Canada.

"Steve has almost a decade of high level experience and a track record of very impressive business development in CAD/CAM. With his product knowledge and an excellent understanding of industry in the Americas, especially in the automotive mold and die sectors, he has a lot to contribute to expanding EdgeCAM's market share," Brian Steatham, managing director of Pathtrace Engineering Systems Plc and chairman of Pathtrace Systems Inc., says.
