This line of XY positioning tables features a cast iron construction combined with linear guides and a parallel gothic arch design, which allow for increased weight capacities while providing fast and accurate positioning. The positioning tables are well suited for drilling, inserting, wrapping, testing, milling, welding, routing, stamping, and cutting applications.
Table specifications include:
- Table Type: cast iron or aluminum
- Bearings: heavy-duty linear guide ways
- Screws: precision ground ball lead screws
- Positioning accuracy: ±0.0003-in. in 12.0-in. of travel
- Flatness of travel: 0.0001-in. in 1.0-in. of travel
- Straightness of travel: 0.0001-in. in 1.0-in. of travel
- Orthognonality: 15 arc seconds
- Standard table sizes available: 8- × 8-in., 12- × 12-in., 18- × 18-in., 24- × 24-in., 36- × 36-in.
The manufacturer can customize tables to meet customers' larger table requirements. Larger tables up to 5- × 8-ft are constructed of fabricated steel with base and aluminum top.
