Precision Pin Pallets

Using Precision Pin Pallets during stacking and destacking of blanks is said to ensure accurate and repeatable location of virtually any size or shape of blank. This provides reliable destacking by either robotic automatic or conventional means.

According to the manufacturer, the pallets can be standardized as well as eliminate the need for banding to maintain stack straightness during transport. The pallets also eliminate dunnage and the resulting disposal requirements. Full pallets can be stacked vertically for immediate destacking. Empty pallets can be stacked with no wasted space, making return shipment of the pallet more economical. Corner posts are moved to a horizontal position, allowing pallet decks to stack closer together. In addition, pins can be stored inside the pallet during transport.

An offset hex shaft on each pin ensures snug pin alignment, regardless of the size, shape, or pattern of the blank.
