To ensure that our cutting tools meet the exacting standards required by our distributors, we have integrated Statistical Process Control into our manufacturing process. We have completed ISO 9002 certification at both our Rhinelander, Wisconsin and Crystal Lake, Illinois Manufacturing Facilities.
Our Business Unit Managers, District Sales Specialists and Carbide Application Specialists assist our distributors and end-users. They provide important technical support for cost savings and productivity improvement programs.
