Quik-Adjust Punch Press Tooling is made from Strippit-Wear tool steel, which is said to offer increased wear resistance and punching performance in mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

According to the manufacturer, the durable tool steel delivers higher wear resistance than A2, D2, or M2 steels. The full line of thin turret machine tooling assemblies feature a pre-loaded spring pack and positive locking system that can reduce tool setup time and make punch length adjustment fast and easy. Shims or fixtures are not required.

The tooling is available for 1.25-in. (31.7 mm) assemblies, which use either full body punches or the manufacturer's Quik-Tip punches. The line's 3.5-in. (88.9 mm) assembly provides a punch grind life of up to 0.305-in. (7.74 mm) in 0.060 -n. (1.52 mm) material, along with a patented "push and twist" stripper plate retention system to allow complete access to the stripper plate.
