The Jetsink Automatic Cleaning Station

The Jetsink is the automatic alternative to manual solvent wash tanks. Engineered to automatically clean oily or dirty parts without hand scrubbing or toxic solvents, the JETSINK cleans thoroughly in a matter of seconds, thus freeing workers for more productive tasks.

With a large wash capacity - up to 26" L x 14" W x 15" H - the Jetsink utilizes dual 360 degree spray manifolds with 80 precision positioned jets to clean with just 25 gallons of ordinary water and detergent. The solution is heated with a 1650 Watt, 110V heater (13.5 KW, 220V heater optional) and then jet sprayed by a recirculating 80 GPM pump. No venting or special utility connections are needed.

Standard features include a fully insulated wash cabinet, parts centering wash rack, a wash cycle timer (up to 30 minutes), a panel-mounted adjustable thermostat, a full ported 1" ball valve drain, and a lid safety interlock switch.

For small items and screw machine parts, an optional rotary cleaning system is available which gently tumbles your parts in a self contained basket while they are being sprayed. Also, a dip tank basket is offered for soaking hard to clean or heavily soiled components. Additional information on options and price schedules can be found on the following links.
