Elk Grove Village, IL - The RB-200F Series 5-Axis Bridge Type Machining Center from SNK America offers efficient and accurate machining of multiple angles and 3D contours.

Boasting massive spindle head and ram assemblies, as well as cast iron, cast steel and steel weldment construction, SNK's RB-F Series ensures incredibly rigid and precise operation. The powerful RB-F spindle (30/25 kW, 40 to 10,000 RPM or 55/50 kW, 150 to 15,000 RPM) provides ample power for machining of monolithic aerospace parts. The combination of this ISO 50 taper spindle and a 394 ipm or optional 590ipm cutting feedrate (X, Y) enable high-speed cutting.

Ideal for complex die and mold applications, the 5-axis control of the RB-F Series offers precision multi-angle milling and drilling, contour milling and flat machining. General-purpose applications include aluminum MRI rotor castings, stainless steel machinery parts, crank case machining and wood/plastic patterns.

The table size of the RB-200F is 79" x 157", while the load capacity is more than 33,000 lbs. (15,400 for high speed option) Travels (X, Y, Z, W) are 167" x 114" x 23.6" x 33.5". Spindle head rotation (B) is ± 95 degrees and spindle head rotation (C) is ± 360 degrees (continuous rotation optional).

Standard features include a 40 tool ATC, thru-the-tool coolant, chip conveyors, splash guards, and Fanuc 30i CNC system and more.

Optional features include movement of tool axis by handle feed type and software for voluntary surface machining and tool positioning, as well as other options.
