The manufacturer states that the machine's high tensile Meehanite castings can ensure rigidity, vibration absorption, and superior wear resistant characteristics.

The machine features a one-piece column and base, and an integrally cast heavy-duty structural ribbing located throughout to ensure rigidity and eliminate machine deflection. In addition, the machine's wide 25.6-in. saddle design combined with the rugged bed type construction can provide increased accuracy and a heavy load capacity. According to the manufacturer, typical knee rock found on knee type machines is eliminated, increasing machining and boring accuracy.

The machine also features hardened and ground slideways on X-,Y-, and Z-axis, rubber chips that cover the front and rear, precision ground ball lead screws on the X-,Y-, and Z-axis, and leveling screws and plates.
