DoALL CompanyF-2025NC tilt-frame saw is capable of making angle cuts up to 60 degrees left of center or up to 60 degrees right of center on stock as large as 20 in. wide by 26 in. high. It features a feed table that can be installed on either side of the saw head. The TF-2025NC is capable of single-stroke indexing up to 40 in. and multiple indexing up to 999 in. The saw uses a 1 ¼ in. wide blade driven by a sealed motor, which is mounted on the upper frame to protect it from chips and cutting fluid and is powered by a 10-hp Polypac hydraulic unit. The servo feed control adjusts feedrate according to the cross sectional area for efficient cutting of structurals. Workpieces are held securely by vises with full stroke, hydraulic cylinders. Accuracy is enhanced by spring loaded, zero clearance carbide saw guides.
