Toggle Ball Lock

The patented Toggle Ball Lock system combines the speed and accuracy of Ball Lock mounting products with the convenience of toggle clamp actuation. By throwing the toggle lever, the operator immediately locates and locks a fixture plate to subplate or machine base, significantly reducing fixture changeover time. Repeatability is ±0.0005 in. (±0.013 mm), which eliminates the need to indicate fixture position. The system requires no tools and has no loose components to lose. Mounting shanks can be encapsulated into fixture plates if desired. The system can replace conventional Ball Lock components currently used in existing fixtures.
