U90 Milling Products

Dayton, OH - Ultra-met is pleased to announce the introduction of it's new U90 familyof milling products. The product line consists of small endmills ranging from .500" through 1.00" diameter that utilize 10mm ADHT style inserts. Additionally, the group consists of heavy duty endmills and facemills that utilize 16mm APHT style inserts. The heavy duty products are stocked in 1.00" - 1.500" endmills and 2.00" - 6.00" facemills.

The U90 family features square shoulder cutting capabilities in conjunction with proven (negative/positive) shear style geometry. These characteristics are further enhanced through the incorporation of Ultra-met's new UZi grade technologies. UZi grades enable consumers a wide latitude of speeds and feeds to accommodate a variety of machining applications on a broad spectrum of workpiece materials. Furthermore, high velocity operations as well as slower roughing applications are consistently productive.
