Wire EDM Vise Kit

The Samson Vise Kit is designed to work with the Fixturing System 4000 series. The kit provides collision-free clamping of parallel workpieces directly on its beam.

Presetting can be completed using a granite surface plate. Able to hold a part up to 66 lb (30kg), the clamping range of the vise is 0.8-in. (204 mm). Parts included in the kit are an H4000 M clamper, an H4110M 3-axis adjustable pallet for easy on and off, a Samson H4233 beam, an H4312 solid jaw, a 4312.1 clamper, and an H4366 support plate to support workpieces during clamping.

Also available is the optional V-block set, which is designed to hold either single or double cylindrical workpieces directly to the beam. The maximum diameter of a single cylindrical workpiece is 6.3-in. (160 mm). Larger square or rectangular pieces can also be clamped using the optional clamping beam.
