Kitagawa's New YS Cylinder Offers Improved
Efficency And Versatality.
Kitagawa introduces a new air operated cylinder to its product line – the YS "Pancake Style" Cylinder. Featuring a compact and space saving design, Kitagawa's YS cylinder can easily accommodate any chuck or fixture. And, Kitagawa's extremely versatile construction allows the same chuck used on a lathe or turning center, to be used on a machining or drilling machine.
Used to actuate any specialty chuck or fixture requiring axial stroke and force, like Kitagawa's PU or PW off the shelf specialty chucks with pullback gripping action, the YS cylinder provides maximum efficiency and versatility. To install, simply bolt Kitagawa's YS Cylinder to a machining center, or drilling machine.
The YS "Pancake Style" Cylinder is available in three models: 1450, 1820, and 2220 and can fit chucks ranging from 6" to 15".
